Pratik Thakkar is a Counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice (White Collar Crime) group. Prior to joining the Firm, Pratik Thakkar was an associate partner at DSK Legal (Mumbai).


Pratik specializes in White-Collar Criminal Defense, Corporate Investigations, Cyber Laws, and Dispute Resolution. He advises and represents Indian and multinational corporations, high net-worth individuals, and public sector employees across sectors.

He has conducted confidential internal investigation in connection with whistle-blower complaints. He also advises and represents clients in investigations and prosecutions conducted by authorities including the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Enforcement Directorate (ED), Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Crime Branch, and local police authorities.

He regularly appears before subordinate criminal courts, various High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India, and routinely accompanies clients during investigations and proceedings before multiple investigating and enforcement agencies.
