The Blackstone Group on warehousing investments in India, including: (a) acquisition of Allcargo group's warehousing business; (b) acquisition of the Warburg-Embassy warehousing platform; and (c) setting up warehousing JV with the Hiranandani Group
Temasek Holdings on acquisition of significant minority stake in StarAgri Warehousing and Collateral Management Limited.
Charoen Pokphand Group (Thailand) on the bid process for its proposed acquisition of Metro Cash & Carry’s India business
Reliance Brands Limited on several transactions, including: (a) acquisition of significant minority stake in Genesis Luxury Private Limited from LVMH owned L Capital; (b) acquisition of majority shareholding in Genesis Colors Limited from Sequoia Capital, Henderson Equity Partners, ICP Holdings and Mayfield Fund; and (c) setting-up an Indian joint venture with GAS
