Padmini Rathore has joined Khaitan & Co as Chief Practice Officer. She will be based at our NCR (Delhi) offices.

Padmini’s role as the Chief Practice Officer will be to manage various practice groups within the Firm. She will work closely with leaders of various practices, sector specialists and the senior leadership of the Firm.

Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, she was the Chief Executive Officer at DSK Legal (New Delhi) since February 2018. Prior to that, Padmini worked in various management positions at Rainmaker Consulting (2016 – 2018), Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (2013 – 2016), and the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas (2010 – 2013). She has also been associated with organisations like GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Healthcare, Accenture India Pvt Ltd, HDFC Ltd and Mindshare Fulcrum.

A post-graduate in Communications from the Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA), Padmini is a prominent practice management and development specialist. Her areas of specialisation span the gamut of strategic business planning and communication, collaborative partnership, project management, process optimisation, operational excellence and optimizing methods to improve overall practice and organisational effectiveness. Padmini is also a ICF Certified (PCC) Coach and has attended the Executive Program on Managing and Transforming Professional Service Firms at Harvard Business School.
