Nidhi’s practice spans a range of areas including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity transactions as well as PE exits. Nidhi frequently represents both, financial sponsors and Indian investee companies and has recently advised on particularly complex deals in India including the sale of Aakash Educational Services Limited to Byju’s for USD 1 billion, RMG on its USD 8 billion SPAC business combination with Renew Power Private Limited and Softbank’s recent investments in Unacademy, MindTickle, Zeta and Whatfix.
