Nagashayana is a partner in the capital markets practice group in the Bengaluru office. He has advised issuers and investment banks (both domestic and global) in a wide range of securities offerings and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, qualified institutions placements, domestic and overseas debt issuances, private placement of securities, takeovers, block trades and international listings.

He regularly advises clients on various aspects of securities laws, including SEBI listing regulations, SEBI takeover code, insider trading regulations, re-classification of promoters, corporate governance norms and listed company risk mitigation strategies.
