Nagashayana is a counsel in the capital markets practice group in the Bengaluru office. He has advised issuers and investment banks (both domestic and global) in a wide range of securities offerings and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, qualified institutions placements, domestic and overseas debt issuances, private placement of securities, takeovers, block trades and international listings.
Nagashayana is a policy enthusiast and has successfully assisted clients in seeking legislative and policy interventions by recommending amendments to laws and regulations.
