Khusboo is a Counsel in the Investment Funds practice group in the Mumbai and GIFT City office.
Khusboo has involved in a wide range of transactions involving structuring and setting-up of funds and fund platforms, including private equity funds, hedge funds, continuation funds and bilateral platform structures. She has also been pivotal in the establishment of multiple global as well domestic funds in GIFT City.
She also regularly represents international as well as domestic institutional investors in their investments in various pooling vehicles.

Advised on their private equity funds and continuation vehicles, and has represented Kedaara Capital in raising one of the largest funds in India
