Advised and represented them on the applicability of Section 9-A of the Industrial Disputes Act 1947 resulting in a landmark judgment being passed by the Bombay High Court.

An internationally renowned sports event company

Advised and successfully represented them in LCIA arbitration proceedings against an international Cricket Board as well as in arbitration proceedings against a state sports association pertaining to ATP tennis tournament held in Chennai, India.

A Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) in the Oil sector

Advised and represented them against cylinder manufacturers on pricing of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders in arbitration, Court proceedings as well as before the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India.

Advised and represented them before the RERA Appellate Tribunal resulting in a notable judgment modifying the order passed by RERA and holding that the rights of the flat holders on the concerned property would be subject to mortgage created in favour of the Company.
