Gautham has advised clients on mergers and amalgamations, private equity investments and other areas of corporate law.
Gautham has represented issuers, investment banks, and selling shareholders on various initial public offerings (IPO), qualified institutions placement (QIP), rights offering, high yield debt offerings, global depository receipts (GDR) offering among others for both Regulation S and 144A deals.

Advised in relation to the initial public offering, which was amongst the first real estate companies to undertake an IPO. Also, advised on the QIP undertaken subsequently.
Pennar Engineered Building Systems Limited
Advised in relation to the IPO. This transaction was one of the first transactions by an issuer in the pre-engineered buildings sector.
Delhi International Airport Private Limited
Advised in relation to high yield bond offering.
Advised against the orders passed in a GDR manipulation matter, including appearing before the whole-time member of SEBI.
