Diwakar Maheshwari is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group in the New Delhi office. Diwakar’s expertise lies in handling complex corporate, commercial, insolvency and bankruptcy and, employment and labour disputes including, domestic and international arbitration.
Diwakar regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Appellate Tribunals and Tribunals across India. He also advises clients on contentious matters before Courts in International Jurisdiction and international law firms on Indian laws. He is very often consulted for his expertise on strategic and preventive legal advice on complex cases.
