With over a decade in the profession, Anushka specialises in a variety of commercial and contractual disputes.
Anushka has represented clients in disputes pertaining to data privacy, intermediary liabilities, corporate and commercial transactions, shareholders agreements, government contracts, government policy, construction contracts, insolvency and recovery of debts.
Anushka regularly appears before Supreme Court of India, State High Courts and Tribunals in India. She has also led and appeared in arbitrations administered under the rules of SIAC, LCIA, ICC, MCIA as well as ad-hoc arbitrations.

Represented and advised in an ad hoc international arbitration to defend damages claimed by its Indian joint venture partner for alleged breach of the shareholders agreement.

Represented and advised client whose majority shareholding is held by the United Arab Emirates government, in its disputes against the Indian fuel supplier and power distributor.
