Anuj Shah is a Partner of the firm’s mergers & acquisitions, private equity and securities groups. Anuj regularly represents financial institutions, private equity investors, corporations and promoter families in a broad range of transactions and complex regulatory issues. Anuj also recently completed a six months secondment with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP across their various offices in London, New York and Hong Kong.
