Khaitan & Co acted as legal advisor to the sellers (Vivek Chawla and Arati Chawla) in relation to acquisition of 100% of the partnership interest of M/s Hobel Bellows Co and acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Hobel Bellows Pvt Ltd by Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd for a total consideration of INR 450 crores (USD 48 million).
