Firstsource acquires TeleMedik

Khaitan & Co advised Firstsource Health Plans and Healthcare Services, LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of Firstsource Solutions Ltd) in relation to 100% acquisition of TeleMedik, a Puerto Rico based pioneer in the development and implementation of technological solutions. Following the transaction, TeleMedik will become a subsidiary of Firstsource Health Plans and Healthcare Services, LLC and a step-down subsidiary of Firstsource Solutions Ltd. 

The Firm acted as the legal counsel to the Firstsource Health Plans and Healthcare Services, LLC and advised and assisted them on (a) drafting, negotiating, finalising and execution of the share purchase agreement; and (b) assisting and advising on all execution and closing related formalities. FBT Gibbons LLP acted as the local counsels for Firstsource Health Plans and Healthcare Services, LLC.
