Khaitan & Co advised the Broker - Goldman Sachs (India) Securities Pvt Ltd on the offer for sale of equity shares of Central Bank of India held by the President of India, acting through the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India by the stock exchange mechanism for a total consideration of INR 2,266.13 crores.
