BackKhaitan & Co acted as legal advisor to C5i (Course5 Intelligence Limited) in connection with its acquisition of 100% stake in Datavid Ltd (UK) and its subsidiaries in India and Romania.
The target is in the business of provision of data engineering and data science services and solutions; and applied artificial intelligence (AI) professional services and solutions enabling data-led business insights generation and extraction for third-party customers.
The Firm role included advising on transaction structuring, conducting legal due diligence, reviewing and drafting acquisition documents, and providing counsel on applicable regulatory and corporate law matters.
