BackKhaitan & Co advised Arboreal Bioinnovations Pvt Ltd, one of India's fastest-growing specialty food and nutraceutical ingredients companies, on its INR 230 crores Series A funding round from Discovery Fund II (Edelweiss), Omnivore Agritech & Climate Sustainability Fund 3 (Omnivore), and Rainmatter Investments - by Zerodha, involving a primary and secondary component.
The scope of work involved negotiations, marking up, finalisation and execution of transaction documents, and closing of the transaction.
