"The Indian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (#IVCA), in partnership with Khaitan & Co, is pleased to invite you to an interactive session dealing with issues surrounding the end of the tenure of VCFs/AIFs on 27th June 2019 at the Bengaluru office of Khaitan & Co.

The session will walk you through regulatory issues one may face and strategies that one may adopt while dealing with residual assets and the winding up of an AIF/VCF, post completion of its term. The session will be followed by a few case studies and a Q&A session for the participating delegates.
