BackKhaitan & Co advised Kaynes Semicon Pvt Ltd (Kaynes) on its strategic collaboration with Alpha and Omega Semiconductor (AOS) pursuant to which, Kaynes has been engaged by AOS for assembling, testing, marking, and packaging of semiconductor devices.
Pursuant to this collaboration, Kaynes has rolled out India’s first commercially packaged multi-chip module (viz. intelligent power modules (IPMs)) from its outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) unit located in Gujarat.
